Working for You

Sean tells us why he is standing to be our County Councillor for Rother Valley - and why it is time for CHANGE at County Hall.

I have lived and worked in this area for 23 years. This has made me acutely aware of the isolation of rural communities impacted by increasingly irregular bus services and road surface flooding due to inadequate management and heavy winter rainfall.

Both of these issues have been poorly managed by the County Council. The slow pace, inefficiency and indifference to our rural villages of this Conservative-led County Council needs to be addressed.

I’m keen to play my part with (what I hope to be) a much enlarged group of WSCC Lib Dems to unlock the potential for positive impact in our area – eg: proactive pothole management, regular dredging of ditches, improved community transport.

It is time for change. The only way to shake-up the way County Hall is led is to vote for the Lib Dems here
