Jess at Rolls Royce

Jess was excited to tour around the Rolls Royce manufacturing plant on the Goodwood estate. Rolls Royce is the largest employer in the Chichester constituency and the economic impact of the business to date is just shy of half a Billion pounds.

Rolls Royce have had planning permission granted for an extension to their site, allowing them to expand their research and innovation, as well as creating 1,000 more jobs for the area. Jess discussed their positive engagement with the Westhampnett community to mitigate the effects the development may have on the residents.

Jess was also able to talk to some of the enthusiastic interns, graduates and apprentices who spoke so highly of their experience working for Rolls Royce.
